Nature of the Service

Itasca County Released Inmates is an independent reference. It does not keep official jail, court, or corrections records and cannot verify custody, order a release, or file documents with an agency.

The site points visitors toward Itasca County and Minnesota government resources, including the sheriff, jail Records Division, courts, MN DOC, and outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

• Do not violate any local, state, or federal law.
• Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
• Do not use site information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not seek unauthorized entry to accounts, servers, or restricted functions.
• Do not deploy automated scrapers, bots, or bulk extraction tools.
• Do not impair access, performance, or use for anyone else.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its advertising partners do not offer screening services through this site. You agree not to use any site or partner result for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Hiring, retention, promotion, or termination
• Rental, tenancy, or other housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other decision governed by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, release-record portals, courts, legal-aid information, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those services, their privacy practices, their data, their terms, or their availability. Review the destination’s rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its contents are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made regarding:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from defects, malware, errors, or security flaws
• Completeness of results supplied by a search partner

Custody status, court entries, and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Itasca County Sheriff, MN DOC, a court, or another government office.

These terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
